Free Shipping on Orders Over $80 We’re happy to offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.

Processing Time All of our products are handmade in small batches right here on our farm. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before it ships.

Shipping Times (after processing) Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Local Pickup Prefer to skip the shipping altogether? You’re welcome to pick up your order at our farm store. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll have your order ready for you. Visit our [Farm Store page] for hours and location.

Shipping Damage We take great care packaging every order, but if your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at theholmsteadfarm@gmail.com with a photo and we’ll make it right.
