Our Promise We want you to love every product you receive from The Holmstead. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order at theholmsteadfarm@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at theholmsteadfarm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
Unopened Items Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gifts Received a Holmstead product as a gift and it isn’t quite right? Email us at theholmsteadfarm@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help with an exchange.
